Classic Cassettes

This site of images of old cassette tapes is awesome. I guess Maxell has been my brand of choice over the years. Here are some I have fond memories of mix tapes on...

Yo Gabba Gabba!

There is mucho excitement in my household about the upcoming premiere of this new kids show on NickJr. Yo Gabba Gabba! features the wacky characters pictured below singing and dancing to some criminally catchy little ditties. Our current infectious fave goes something like this..."snacky, snack, snack. snack, snack, SNACK. snacky, snack, snack. snack, snack, SNACK."

The whole thing has a crazy-kooky-80's thing happening with lots of casio drumbeats and an awesome DJ guy. There is also a scene in which Elijah Wood educates everyone on a dance called "the puppet-master". The whole thing is put together by the folks who used to play in an indie rock band called The Aquabats.

Now the time has come to view the clip below and get excited about eating your vegetables - so yummy, so yummy!
